When we talk about planning a hotel, in addition to the aesthetics, we also place great importance on logistics and internal processes. Projects of this kind need experience in the metier to plan realistically and efficiently by being aware of the daily processes and logistics that a hotelier or gastronome must master. Some of our emloyees experience in hospitality deliver us first-hand knowledge of how the business works and can thus additionally fulfill an advisory function.

The same applies to the planning of apartments: we have not only built apartments, but we also operate them. And here, too, it is the functional aspects that make an apartment not just good, but great.
