The use of existing buildings is an area that is particularly important to us.

We see it as a great advantage to use existing buildings through conversion instead of sealing new areas. Especially at a time when construction prices have reached a peak, this is an attractive alternative for our clients as well. However, not only the financial aspect, but also the time savings and the conservation of resources should not be left out of the equation.

We can proudly say that buildings of this kind are among our most commissioned projects since our foundation in 2012.

We show a lot of respect to the existing buildings, improve and modernize them without losing the connection to the origin. Improvements in energy efficiency is also important to us, in order to enhance the respective eco-balance and to reduce energy prices.
