Our site management department, headed by Ing. Fabio Hasslwanter, is the interface between planners, clients, and construction companies. In this way, we ensure that the construction project runs smoothly and is carried out according to plan.

Cost Calculation
- Determination of quantities and masses as the basis for drawing up the specifications
- Preparation of service specifications ready for tendering
Commercial Supervision
- Compilation of tender documents for all service areas
- Obtaining the offers
- Review and evaluation of the offers
- Support in awarding contracts, checking invoices, and handing over the trades or the building object
- Determination of costs
Technical Supervision
- Coordination and integration of the services of others technically involved in the planning process
- Review and approval of working drawings of the executing companies
- Final clarification of required design details supplementing the planning
Artistic Supervision
- Supervision of the implementation by considering the designs and plans
- Overall management of the project regarding artistic aspects
Local Site Supervision
- Preparation of a planning schedule and a rough time schedule for the overall construction of the building
- Processing of additional and reduced cost requests
- Preparation of time schedules and lists of participants before the start of construction
- Deadline and cost tracking
- Local construction supervision and coordinative activities on the construction site incl. picture documentation, logging, and keeping of construction records
- Determination and allocation of structural damage and defects during the construction phase
