Vacancies

We plan and realize sophisticated construction projects in the interplay of design, craftsmanship and technology. We are looking for a planning/construction manager who wants to work with us as part of a team.

Planning/construction management in Innsbruck (m/f/d)

Your tasks: 

PLANNING

Development of preliminary designs and studies: Sketches, building structure analyses, floor plan concepts

Design and submission planning: in dialog with authorities, clients and specialist planners, taking into account building regulations, cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines

Processing of competitions and feasibility studies

Model making and 3D printing: Creation of models in the in-house model making workshop

As-built survey: 3D scan and 3D modeling (ArchiCAD)

Implementation planning: Tendering, coordination with specialist planners and trades, cost control

CONSTRUCTION

Setting up and monitoring adherence to the schedule for the overall execution of the construction project

Monitoring compliance with plans, specifications, contracts and information from the field of artistic and technical management, as well as compliance with technical rules and official regulations

Direct negotiation activities with the executing companies

Local coordination of all deliveries and services

What you should bring with you

+Completed construction engineering training (e.g. HTL, FH, degree, master builder or site manager)

+Several years of professional experience

+Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word)

+Good knowledge of ArchiCAD

The position is subject to a minimum annual salary according to the collective agreement, plus company & performance-related commission. An overpayment in line with the market is possible depending on qualifications and experience. This position is designed to be permanent - we therefore particularly welcome applicants who are looking for a long-term perspective in Innsbruck.
