We plan and realize sophisticated construction projects through the interplay of design, craftsmanship and technology.

We are looking for architects / project staff who want to work with us as part of a team.

Architect/ Project employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks: 

Development of preliminary designs and studies: sketches, building structure analyses, floor plan concepts

Design and submission planning in dialog with authorities, clients and specialist planners, taking into account building regulations, cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines

Processing of competitions and feasibility studies

Model making and 3D printing: creation of models in the in-house model making workshop

As-built survey: 3D scan and 3D modeling (ArchiCAD)

Implementation planning: tenders, coordination with specialist planners and trades, cost control

What you should bring with you

+Completed degree in architecture or completed civil engineering training (HTL, FH)

+Extensive experience in the use of CAD programs (ArchiCAD, Rhino, ...) is required

+Previous experience in BIM modeling is an advantage (preferably ArchiCAD 3D)

+Knowledge of the building standards and guidelines applicable in Austria (OIB, TBO, etc.)

+Structured and precise way of working with a high level of personal responsibility

+Team orientation and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation

+Understanding of integral planning processes and interface coordination

+Reliability, flexibility and solution-oriented work

+Willingness and interest in high-quality, holistic architecture

BIM Coordinator / BIM Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Innsbruck

Do you have sound experience in Building Information Modeling and want to contribute your expertise to a dedicated planning team? Then take on the role of BIM coordinator with a focus on model structure, data quality and communication. With your know-how, you will develop into the central role of BIM Manager - strategically, standard-setting and across projects.

Your role

You will start as a BIM Coordinator and develop into a BIM Manager with us. Using ArchiCAD and Solibri, you will coordinate models, develop standards, train the team and ensure digital planning quality.

What you should bring with you

Must-haves:

• Education in the field of architecture/construction (HTL/FH/Uni)
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD
• Interest in BIM & teamwork

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with digital planning processes and interfaces, BIM execution plans, Solibri
