- Monitoring the implementation taking into account the designs and plans
- Overall management of the project with regard to artistic aspects
Local building supervision
- Preparation of a planning schedule and a rough schedule for the overall execution of the construction of the structure
- Processing of additional and reduced cost requests
- Preparation of schedules and lists of participants before the start of construction
- Schedule and cost tracking
- On-site construction supervision and coordinative activities on the construction site incl. image documentation, logging and keeping of construction records
- Identification and classification of structural damage and defects during the construction phase
