Architect / Project Associate 

We plan and execute challenging construction projects that blend design, craftsmanship, and technology. To this end, we are looking for architects and project staff who want to work with us as part of our team.

Your tasks:

+Development of preliminary designs and studies: sketches, building form analyses, floor plan concepts
+Design and submission planning in collaboration with authorities, clients, and specialist planners, taking building codes into account
Cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines
+Preparation for design competitions and feasibility studies
+Model making and 3D printing: Creation of models in our in-house model-making workshop
+As-built survey: 3D scanning and 3D modeling (ArchiCAD)
+Construction planning: RFP preparation, coordination with specialist planners and trades, cost control
+Project management

What you should bring with you

+A degree in architecture or completion of a technical training program in construction (HTL, FH)
+Extensive experience with CAD software (ArchiCAD, Rhino, etc.) is required
+Previous experience in BIM modeling is a plus (preferably ArchiCAD 3D)
+Knowledge of Austrian building codes and guidelines (OIB, TBO, etc.)
+Structured and precise work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
+Team-oriented and enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration
+Understanding of integrated planning processes and interface coordination
+Reliability, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach
+Commitment and interest in high-quality, holistic architecture

The minimum salary for this position, as stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement, is €46,886 gross per year on a full-time basis. In addition, a company- and performance-based commission is provided. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer a salary above market rates. This position is intended to be a permanent role—we are therefore particularly interested in applicants who are seeking a long-term career in Innsbruck.

We are a company active throughout Austria in the field of project planning and project management for building construction, with offices in Innsbruck and Moosburg. Our focus is on the development and implementation of high-quality residential, commercial, and tourism projects.

Your tasks:

Site Tour

+Management and further development of the Moosburg branch
+Point of contact for clients, government agencies, and project partners
+Establishing and maintaining regional networks

Project Management

+Management of construction projects during the design, submission, and execution phases
+Coordination of all project stakeholders
+Quality, cost, and schedule management

Tendering & Oversight

+Bid Review and Contract Preparation
+Invoice Review and Quality Control

What you should bring with you

+ Completed training in civil engineering (e.g., HTL, FH, university degree, construction manager, master builder, real estate developer, etc.)
+ Several years of professional experience
+ Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word)
+ ArchiCAD
