Site Manager in Moosburg (m/f/d) – Project Planning & Project Management

We are a company active throughout Austria in the field of project planning and project management for building construction, with offices in Innsbruck and Moosburg. Our focus is on the development and implementation of high-quality residential, commercial, and tourism projects.

Your tasks:

Site Tour

+Management and further development of the Moosburg branch
+Point of contact for clients, government agencies, and project partners
+Establishing and maintaining regional networks

Project Management

+Management of construction projects during the design, submission, and execution phases
+Coordination of all project stakeholders
+Quality, cost, and schedule management

Tendering & Oversight

+Bid Review and Contract Preparation
+Invoice Review and Quality Control

What you should bring with you

+ Completed training in civil engineering (e.g., HTL, FH, university degree, construction manager, master builder, real estate developer, etc.)
+ Several years of professional experience
+ Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word)
+ ArchiCAD
+ Structured approach to work, reliability, and strong coordination skills
+ Solution-oriented, flexible, and dedicated
+ Leadership skills

The position comes with a minimum annual salary as specified in the collective bargaining agreement. A competitive salary above the market rate is offered, depending on qualifications and experience.
