Diversity.

Design diversity is evident in this multi-functional house for working and living.

The diversity of this house extends over various dimensions – from design and function to development.

Even the facade displays complexity: open to the south on a slope and more restrained to the north, it features a multifaceted interplay of wooden slats, concrete plaster and light-colored surfaces. The combination of flat and gable roofs emphasizes this diversity.

The clear separation of private and public areas on the one hand and the clever interlocking of functions on the other is what makes this building so unique.

This hybrid of working and living accommodates a stylish office on the first floor, while two apartments are located on the upper floors. Despite the sloped location, an attractive outdoor area has been created for each unit in the form of a terrace, balcony or roof terrace.

All functions are separated and independently accessible – thus guaranteeing privacy for all parties and creating a clear boundary between working and living.

The interior design, especially in terms of finishes and surfaces, exudes the delightful charm of a first-class hotel. The elegant atmosphere of this place is the result of the professional orientation of the client. Working in project development in the tourism sector, they see this project not only as a building for working and living, but also as an inspiring model for future clients. Here, design elements come to life and become tangible.

The staircase, which runs elegantly through the floors, has the effect of a spatial sculpture.

For optimal daylight incidence in the living, working and meeting rooms, in addition to the glazing, several atriums and atriums are provided. These are also planted with plants and trees, thus creating a connection to nature.

The lush, terraced greenery of the south-facing open spaces picks up on this connection again, embedding the house on the site and creating an exciting contrast to the facade.
