The diversity of the house are visible in multiple areas: the arrangement, the function and the access.
On the hillside, the facade is open to the south and cautious to the north. The surfaces alternate between wooden slats, concrete plaster and light areas. The change between flat and gable roof emphasizes this diversity.
The building is a hybrid of work, living and ownership. There is an office on the ground floor, the first floor houses a small apartment and opens up another one, which develops over two floors. Despite the hillside location, an attractive outdoor area in the form of terraces, balconies and a roof terrace was created for each unit.
Each function can be accessed separately. The office is accessed on the south side and the residential units on the north side on the 1st floor, creating a clear line between working and living.
