This apartment building is a new construction project on a high plateau in Vorarlberg.
Thanks to the terraced layout of the property, each apartment has a sunny outdoor area and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape.
The wooden façade of the building contrasts with its simple form and generous glass elements. The combination of glass, wood and a green roof shows the connection to nature and blends the residence into its surroundings.
The property houses six apartments with a living space of approx. 90 to 150 sqm, each with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. Each apartment has plenty of natural light thanks to generous glazing.
A concept with three interior styles was developed for the interior design: Bregenz, Manhattan and Milan. These differ fundamentally from one another in order to appeal to different tastes.
The three cities each provide a basis that can be further developed according to the buyer's wishes and thus gain additional character and personality.
The Bregenz interior design creates a traditional-modern atmosphere. Brushed chrome fittings, concrete-look tiles and natural oak flooring. Textiles and furniture in rich dark green set color accents and lend the interior a touch of originality. The combination of materials results in a clear design that is both very natural and extremely modern.
Manhattan describes a minimalist, industrial style with clearly defined lines. The industrial component can be seen in various elements such as the black fittings, steel and concrete-look tiles and partition walls in classic industrial design made of glass and black steel. Combined with dark gray oiled oak floors and textile highlights in blue-gray, the result is an atmospheric interior. The overall color concept is somewhat darker, giving it an elegant and timeless character.
The Milan interior concept is minimalist in origin and presents itself in a very natural way. The overall appearance is characterized by light tones that create a carefree atmosphere: white fittings in combination with white-oiled oak floors and tiles in a conglomerate and terrazzo look. Milan's highlight color, an organic reddish brown, can be found in the textiles and selectively used wooden elements. It integrates effortlessly into the minimalist design and lends it warmth. The colors and materials used create a refined and at the same time romantic Italian interior that invites you to feel at home.
