In focus: Old farmhouses get a new life & photorealistic 3D visualizations for the ideal imagination.

In the August 2020 issue of rb Illustrierte, we present the renovation of a farmhouse and talk about the advantages of photorealistic 3D visualizations.

The former farmhouse in Schwendt was carefully converted into a cozy residence using modern style elements. Elements such as black steel, stone slabs and an English country kitchen add modern accents to the rustic shell. The function of the entrances has been changed, but the original shape has been retained. The main entrance on the north side was turned into a patio door. Balcony doors and windows were installed on the upper floor to brighten up the rooms and strengthen the connection to nature.

The topic of architecture & visualization was presented in rb Illustrierte as significant and a scope for architectural interpretation. Attractive and modern architectural visualizations are an indispensable means of presenting a project in the best possible way. While architectural plans can often be difficult for the layperson to understand, visualizations allow the client to see the vision and gain an initial feel for their new home. The photorealistic 3D visualizations not only show the architecture, they also illustrate the ideal integration of the building object into the immediate surroundings.
