Tyrolean tradition is represented in the architecture of the commercial building.

In the May 2018 issue of Tirolerin, the architectural concept of Gasthaus Romediwirt was presented.

In the middle of Thaur, in one of the most archaeologically interesting settlement areas in Tyrol, a modern yet tradition-conscious inn was built in less than a year. From the outside, the architecture of the building blends in with the local landscape. The architects were aware of their great responsibility with regard to the historical finds and ultimately decided to incorporate any objects into the new building. For example, old stones were integrated into the walls of the outdoor area.

The planning of this commercial building was an exciting task for us as architects because we were able to look into the depths of the historical roots, take them up and give them a modern form.
