Our roots

The year 2023 is characterized by internal work – structures are more clearly defined and work is done on values.

The inventory planning department is expanded and participation in competitions is part of the motto to work on ourselves.

After a decade of going full throttle, the motto for 2023 is ‘Settling’. A year of reflection and planning – and 2024 will be the year we put our plans into action.

Following the establishment of an interdisciplinary ZT GmbH, the competition department is created. As a result, the office focuses more on materiality and experimental approaches.

A trio consisting of Fabio, Dominik and Thomas, inspired by the impressions of a run-down bed and breakfast in Scharnitz, founds ‘3NOW’ and focuses on revitalizing the building in order to further develop the living culture there.

In 2021 we realize that an innovative timber construction needs an equally innovative architectural office with creative minds. For this reason, we decide to acquire a unit of residential construction in Moosburg and thus establish a permanent base for our branch office in Carinthia.

In 2020 we are not discouraged and instead, together with Domenic Pirchner, we dare to take the step of building the apartment house ‘Lebe’oetz‘, thus expanding the Lebe brand.

Growth, growth, growth

We expand our capacities by introducing departments and creating a new corporate structure.

Continuous growth and the need for change lead to the transformation of the sole proprietorship into a limited liability company.

Carinthia urgently needs snow – we decide to open a SNOW office in Carinthia under the management of Lukas Leitner, thus putting down our roots in this province as well.

In 2018, the brand ‘Lebe’apartments‘ sees the light of day. With this step we want to connect our architecture with the respective place to make it more alive and at the same time embody our most important values. This marks the first step into the active tourism sector.

In 2016, true to our first guiding principle ‘It’S NOW or never’, we take the plunge and found the property development company IMMO.SNOW GmbH. The beginning of a new journey, which starts with the development of the first own property development project.

In 2014, a founding heart leaves us in the direction of Vienna. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you, dear Sacha, for your creativity and valuable collaboration in the years to come.
