The interior of the SNOW branch in Moosburg near Klagenfurt presents itself as a progressive further development of the interior design of the head office in Innsbruck. It is characterized by the unmistakable SNOW signature and at the same time reflects the individual personalities of the dedicated team in Carinthia.
The open office concept was carefully planned to create an optimal working environment. In addition to a spacious meeting room and an individual office, it comprises six smaller work booths. These offer employees an ideal balance between privacy and unhindered working, as well as communication and exchange with each other. The individual work areas are cleverly integrated into the space and offer a wide range of design options.
The open kitchen area with a bar and comfortable seating serves as a central meeting point. Here, team members have the opportunity to exchange ideas and relax during a shared lunch break. The terrace and adjoining garden extend the space outside and provide a pleasant environment for relaxing breaks.
The guiding principle of the design is to integrate the SNOW character and branding while still creating a unique and individual ambience for the team. In line with this idea, great importance was attached to the variety of materials in order to show customers different design options on site: the ceiling of the office is made of exposed concrete in combination with a suspended ceiling made of wood as a design element. This combination gives the space an industrial yet warm atmosphere. The surfaces are also made of different materials, such as solid oak cabinets, partition walls and doors made of glass and steel and desks made of linoleum. This variety of materials creates an appealing, dynamic working environment that serves as a source of inspiration for employees in their daily work and offers customers a range of different styles.
An individual lighting concept was developed for optimum working conditions, which is functional on the one hand and emphasizes special features of the office on the other. Part of this concept are up and down lights at the workstations, which serve both to perfectly illuminate the workplace and to shine the light upwards in order to adapt the surroundings to the lighting conditions. The light color has been optimally adjusted to create a pleasant working atmosphere. This targeted lighting impressively demonstrates the role that light plays in the design of a room and the many ways in which luminaires can be incorporated into the interior design.
To create a connection between the branches, the corporate mission and common guiding principles were displayed on the walls. These visual elements promote a shared spirit, strengthen the feeling of togetherness and provide inspiration.
