Living in harmony with nature.

In the December 2020 issue of rb Illustrierte, we present the apartment building "Idylle am See" and the extension "Die mosaikartige Fassade", both projects of which are strongly linked to the theme of living and nature.

For the apartment building in Waging am See | Bavaria, special attention was paid to regionality and quality. During the realization in Waging, special attention was paid to the basic requirements and the settlement structure, so that the architecture remains true to the style of the region. The interior design deliberately focuses on attention to detail and the conscious use of resources, resulting in bespoke, individual architecture that evokes a true sense of home. In the attic apartment, oversized window glazing has created an open style with a strong connection to nature.

In order to avoid the noise of a road at the rear of the property, the focus of the extension is on the north-west side of the house. A spacious terrace area and a balcony were created here to promote living in harmony with nature. Thanks to the orientation and generous placement of windows, the owners can enjoy the special view of the Tyrolean Alps.
