The combination of tradition and modernity was at the heart of the realization of the property development project in Waging am See. The clear relationship between volume, straight lines and slopes is the result of combining modern stylistic elements with Bavarian charm. For us, modern architecture in no way excludes traditional building styles. On the contrary! On the contrary, the interplay of the two styles offers the opportunity to create unique and timeless constructions with a special character.

The apartment on the top floor offers a large kitchen with a kitchen island and roof glazing that lets in natural light. There is also an office and a garden/terrace area for relaxing.

Glass elements provide views from the kitchen to the bedroom and the terrace, giving the apartment a luxurious feel. A special design element is the cupboard in front of the bathroom and WC, which can be moved and therefore also functions as a door.
