The façade design of the award-winning property was based on the traditional Montafon house and thus pays homage to its characteristic appearance. By using original materials in combination with straightforward design, this was translated into the present day.

Light-flooded interiors create a feeling of space. Architecturally well planned and generously planted areas allow elements such as the underground garage to disappear from view. The tranquillity of the exterior finds its balance in the careful attention to detail.
