Office conversion creates clear lines for improved communication.

This project in Wörgl comprises the conversion of a two-storey office space.

There was a desire to reorganize the rooms and develop a shared office for each department. Nevertheless, clear lines for improved communication via visual references should be possible and a comfortable working area should be created.

In addition to the work areas, there are public zones, such as the reception and access areas. From there, discreet glazing provides views into all rooms. There are also meeting zones on both levels. This is where telephone calls, short meetings or short breaks can take place. There is also a meeting room on each floor.

All areas are individually designed with creative highlights. In the public zone, steel details, fabric elements and wooden surfaces come together to create an exciting interplay. Similar elements can be found in the offices, for example in the form of acoustic elements on the ceilings and walls, consisting of wooden slats with a fabric base.
In addition to acoustic benefits, the slats also house the lighting. Flower troughs made of wood and steel ensure a pleasant air climate, while also providing a hiding place for the technology.

Thanks to the reorganization of the available space, cleverly used elements and new materiality in the course of the office renovation, both are now possible: undisturbed work in a comfortable atmosphere and communication with one another.
