A home with personality is created from heart and soul.
A semi-detached house for two brothers with a family should be placed on a plot of land in an exposed location on the mountain. The common property in the childhood home of the builders is very steep, small and only accessible from one side – but it impresses with a breathtaking view! The planning had to react to these local conditions in the best possible way. This reaction can be seen, for example, in the offset of the houses, in the outdoor facilities and in the development of the houses.

The desire for an alpine style with a modern approach is expressed through the traditional shapes of the gable roofs and the use of many wooden elements in combination with modern details as contrasting elements. This style was created primarily through the close cooperation with the client and their influence on the design, which gave the project its personality.

The bright and open design of the rooms contributes to a modern feeling of living. Nevertheless, due to the space required, every niche and space had to be ideally used. In the basement, which is made of solid construction, there are the ancillary rooms and lounges facing the garden. From the ground floor, the building was constructed using wood.

In addition to the well thought-out planning, it is above all the heart of the client, the great effort and patience in difficult times that have made the project so unique. You can feel the positive character of the family very strongly, especially with the loving furnishing, which was developed single-handedly by the clients!
