The use of existing buildings is an area that is particularly close to our hearts at SNOW.
We see it as a great advantage to use the existing building stock through conversion and not to seal any new areas. Especially at a time when construction prices have reached a peak, this is also an attractive alternative to new builds for clients. However, not only the cost factor, but also the time savings and conservation of resources should not be overlooked.
We can proudly say that buildings of this type have been among our most commissioned projects since our foundation in 2012.
We show great respect for the existing buildings, improving and modernizing them without losing touch with their origins. Energy-efficient refurbishment is also important to us in order to improve the respective ecological balance and reduce energy prices. We see it as our goal to create a harmony of old and new by combining sensitivity with knowledge and creating an individual ambience.
