When we talk about planning a hotel, we attach great importance not only to aesthetics but also to the consideration of logistics and internal processes. Projects of this kind can be planned more realistically and efficiently if you are really aware of these processes and logistics and have experienced them yourself. And that's exactly what we have. Some of our employees have many years of work experience in the catering and hotel industry. We have first-hand knowledge of how a hotel or catering business works and can therefore also fulfill an advisory function.
The same applies to the planning of apartments: we have not only built apartments, we also operate them. And here, too, it is the functional aspects that make an apartment not just great, but great.
