The diversity of this building extends across various dimensions - from design and function to access.
Even the façade reveals its complexity: open on the south-facing slope and more restrained in the north, it features a multifaceted interplay of wooden slats, concrete plaster and light-colored surfaces. The combination of flat and pitched roofs underlines this diversity.
The clear separation of private and public areas on the one hand and the clever interlocking of functions on the other is what makes this building so unique. The hybrid of working and living accommodates a stylish office on the first floor, while two apartments are located on the upper floors.
Despite the hillside location, an attractive outdoor area in the form of a terrace, balcony or roof terrace has been created for each unit.
All functions can be accessed separately and independently of each other - this guarantees privacy for all parties and creates a clear boundary between working and living.
The interior design, particularly with regard to the surfaces, exudes the delightful charm of a first-class hotel. The elegant atmosphere of this place is the result of the client's professional orientation. Through their work in project development in the tourism sector, they see this project not only as a place to live and work, but also as an inspiring model for future clients. Here, design elements come alive and become tangible.
The staircase, which runs elegantly through the floors, looks like a spatial sculpture. In addition to the glazing, several atriums and atriums provide optimal daylight in the living, working and meeting rooms, which are also greened and thus create a connection to nature. The lush, terraced greenery on the south-facing open spaces echoes this connection, embedding the building in the plot and creating an exciting contrast to the façade.
