Impressive room concept.

In October 2021, our project "Ferienapartmenthaus Lebe'oetz" was published in the eco.nova in the eco.wohnen section.

Characteristic for the vacation apartment house Lebe'oetz is the small plot of land on which the property blends harmoniously into the village center. The size of the plot is cleverly utilized by an intelligent spatial concept, while the simple exterior design makes the building appear larger. The house is organized on three levels. The individual rooms speak for themselves and skilfully make statements. Nevertheless, the architects have managed to create a balanced, holistic interior design that gives the property that certain something. When designing the rooms, the main focus was on sensible processes and the added value of the rooms.
