Hideaway. Interior design that tells a story.

With the Lebe'oetz vacation apartment building, we have set ourselves the task of creating a stylish hideaway with the skillful use of simple, modern interior design. The small plot of land in Oetz, Tyrol, on which the property blends into the village center, was a defining feature of the exclusive new building. The size of the plot is cleverly utilized through intelligent planning. The simple, modern exterior design makes the building appear larger. The natural timber façade, which extends over a large part of the building, allows the covered terraces to recede into the background so that they are barely noticeable from the outside, while they have a very strong effect on the interior.

The property is characterized by a harmonious interplay of interior and exterior space. Generous glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms which, in combination with high-quality materials, ensure luxurious comfort and private moments of well-being. Sensible workflows and the multiple use of rooms were the main focus of the spatial planning. Each apartment has a private wellness highlight such as an infrared cabin or an outdoor sauna. Individual rooms speak for themselves; the interior design of each apartment is attributed to a character and its history. This story is conveyed to the guest in a detailed design.
