RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
NOTICE REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG)
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the contractual relationship was established outside the business premises of S.N.O.W. Planungs und Projektmanagement GmbH or via a means of distance communication, the consumer has the right to rescind their order or the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG).

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to cancel the contract/order within 14 days without providing a reason. The 14-day period begins on the date the contract is concluded (acceptance of the order). To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us,

notify us of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the enclosed cancellation form for this purpose. We will then send you confirmation that we have received your cancellation.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the end of that period.

2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
If you would like us to take action on your behalf during the specified cancellation period, we require written confirmation from you stating that you wish us to do so before the cancellation period expires. In the event of a withdrawal, you must then pay for the services we have provided up to the time you notified us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to the concluded contract. If our service has already been fully provided before the expiration of the withdrawal period and you have declared that performance of the contract should begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
