Preserving character while realizing something new - a listed building in Innsbruck Land represents this balancing act in a graceful yet light-footed way. The interior design reflects the character with a modern twist. A Greek-inspired pool house combines a homely atmosphere with modern elegance. An exclusive highlight is the sauna with atmospheric ethanol fireplace, which is cleverly concealed behind the tinted glass front.

Large glass fronts in industrial design with black steel elements draw open boundaries in and between the rooms and are combined with original materials such as wooden floorboards and stone. The bedroom is also directly connected to the walk-in closet.
