The vision of a smart and compact living concept unfolds on a pristine plot of land. The 'Tiny House' movement is becoming increasingly popular - also in Tyrol, as they are generally considered to be more sustainable.
The idea for the new construction of a smart and compact living concept was born on an empty plot. The visualization shows a well thought-out and reduced living space design that deliberately avoids unnecessary corridor areas. Two structures with monopitch roofs and a gap between them create the tiny house effect. The innovative living concept is emphasized by targeted views of the surrounding mountains, while the façade facing the neighbourhood and street was deliberately kept closed to reinforce the clear design language. The design enables optimal functionality for several people, as well as suitability as a timber construction, which ensures a more sustainable construction method.
We like to realize the idea of reduced living space and intelligent use in our projects, which is perfectly in line with the principles of the Tiny House movement. This synergy not only creates space for individual living comfort, but also paves the way for a more sustainable future.
