In-place densification

In the heart of Innsbruck, we have the opportunity to oversee the implementation of an exciting infill development project. Work has already begun with the demolition of the existing Stöckl buildings and the specialized civil engineering work for the underground parking garage.

We are responsible for the construction planning and ensure smooth implementation. The project includes a three-story underground parking garage on an extremely confined construction site, two solid-construction Stöckl buildings directly adjacent to one another with a total of 25 apartments, and a two-story addition to the Gründerzeit-era building constructed of solid wood. In addition, the existing building will be renovated and equipped with a passenger elevator.
