A simple yet functional design is at the forefront of this house visualization. Purist, minimalist and dynamic - these are the characteristics that sum up the vision.
The clear lines support the restrained and simple appearance of the street-facing façade, while the shell opens up to the south-east of the building and incorporates the adjacent pool into the interior. The result is a flowing transition with a visual reference from the inside to the outside.
A room-in-room idea in the form of boxes develops around the air space in the living area. These are set apart by a different materiality and accommodate various functions. A north-west-facing balcony on the upper floor catches the evening sun and rounds off the concept. The cross-section of the visualization of the house provides the viewer with a good understanding of the space.
