S.N.O.W. Planning and Project Management GmbH
The project was developed on an acute-angled lot whose unique location offers unobstructed views of the Patscherkofel and Glungezer mountains, as well as across the city of Innsbruck toward the Brenner Pass. By stepping back the building structure toward the rear, the view of the nearby church has been deliberately preserved. On the street side, the required minimum setbacks were precisely maintained, while the compact underground parking garage, including all infrastructure, is fully located in the basement. To make optimal use of the available space, duplex apartments were designed, which offer high-quality and spacious living conditions despite the complex shape of the lot.
