Compact - elegant - understated. The design of the detached house in the Stubai Valley focuses on simple elegance. The rectilinear shape of the façade lives from its projections and recesses.
In order to incorporate nature into the design of the façade, wood was used in the form of slats and combined with contemporary, high-quality plastering techniques. The dissolution of the wall surface into wooden slats creates a floating, light structure. This design is repeated throughout the entire concept of the building and visually connects the structures.
Two atriums connect the outdoor area with the interior and thus integrate nature into the living space. Although the two inner courtyards separate individual areas visually and spatially, together they form an open unit.
Inside, the layout of the single-family home creates a new experience in every room. A gallery in the open-plan dining and living area creates a large air space, while the glazed walls of the atrium provide a view of the outside.
