Would you like to design, plan and implement high-quality architectural projects for attractive building sites in Innsbruck and the surrounding area? Your tasks.

  • Preparation of inventories in plan graphics
  • Preparation of architectural studies and preliminary designs (sketches, building studies, floor plan developments)
  • Design and approval planning, taking into account construction guidelines and cost aspects
  • If necessary, execution planning incl. obtaining offers and correspondence with the trades as well as Cost planning and optimization

What you should bring with you.

  • Completed degree in architecture or completed civil engineering training (HTL, FH)
  • Extensive experience in the use of CAD programs (preferably ArchiCAD) and 3D design tools (preferably Rhino) is required
  • Previous experience in BIM modeling is an advantage (preferably ArchiCAD 3D)
  • Knowledge of the building standards and guidelines applicable in Austria (OIB, TBO, etc.) is an advantage
  • Structured way of working, reliability and coordination skills
  • Independence, flexibility and commitment
