We plan well thought-out overall concepts in our architecture projects.
rb Illustrierte, October 2021.
In the October 2021 issue of rb Illustrierte, we were able to present three of our projects, the planning of which deliberately focuses on many aspects of long-lasting and sustainable architecture: The single-family home "Kontrastreicher Minimalismus", the vacation apartment building "Lebe'oetz" and the hotel "Carpe Solem".
The "contrasting minimalism" detached house is located in an idyllic green setting. Stylish wood cladding combined with black steel lends a modern touch to the typical local style. Purposefully placed glass elements flood the interior with light and allow views from east to west, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas. The desire for plenty of space for family life together and the harmonious combination of architecture, nature and sustainability were at the forefront of the planning.
The "Lebe'oetz" vacation apartment building is characterized by its small plot of land, on which the property blends into the village center. The size of the plot is cleverly utilized by an intelligent spatial concept. The simple, modern exterior design makes the building appear larger. The property is characterized by a harmonious interplay of interior and exterior space. Generous glass fronts provide light-flooded rooms which, in combination with high-quality materials, ensure luxurious comfort and private moments of well-being. Each apartment has its own 'spa moment', such as a private hot tub or infrared cabin.
The "Carpe Solem" apartment resort with its 79 luxurious vacation apartments offers up to 300 guests relaxation, cultural history and a homely vacation atmosphere to the highest standards. A smart alpine interior design runs through the entire complex. The large roof terrace is quietly nestled between the ridges of the roofs, while inside, generous glazing in the public areas enables direct interaction between the guest and the vast surroundings. In the planning, we paid particular attention to the use of local larch wood and Rauris stone, which round off the reference of the architecture to the surroundings in detail.
